For the purposes of this policy, the names Indemex, HEUS, Dorian, Cxpertise LA, Ingenium Deus Machina, and Meet The Masters / MTM Edu will be understood as brands, websites, platforms, programs, technologies, products, events, or initiatives linked to the responsible party, unless a different legal entity is expressly indicated. This policy comprehensively covers the data collected on www.indemex.com, www.indemex.com/heus, www.indemex.com/dorian, cxpertise.la, ingeniumdm.com, and mtmedu.com, as well as any form, landing page, social network, WhatsApp channel, email, CRM, digital campaign, or electronic activity associated with these sites or the corporate group.

In its capacity as the data controller, IDM Group / Ingenium Deus Machina commits to processing users’ personal information in accordance with the principles of legality, lawfulness, transparency, purpose, proportionality, data minimization, confidentiality, responsibility, and security as stipulated in the applicable national and international data protection legislation, including, but not limited to, the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), Colombia’s Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, the Dominican Republic’s Law 172-13, and other regulatory provisions applicable according to the data subject’s jurisdiction.

IDM Group / Ingenium Deus Machina informs that all collection and processing of personal data will be carried out exclusively for the legitimate, specific, informed, and authorized purposes outlined in this Personal Data Processing Policy, implementing technical, administrative, organizational, and digital measures that are reasonably adequate to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, misuse, unlawful disclosure, alteration, or any processing contrary to the applicable regulations.

Likewise, IDM Group / Ingenium Deus Machina may rely on technological providers, academic management platforms, email marketing services, logistics operators, payment systems, web hosting, CRM, marketing agencies, distributors, academic allies, affiliated companies, and other data processors necessary for the operation of its academic, commercial, and technological activities, who will act solely under the express instructions of IDM Group / Ingenium Deus Machina and subject to contractual obligations of confidentiality, security, and data protection.
